The 3 Most Important Shots in Real Estate!

Top Down Shot
This is done with camera looking straight down on the property. It is the best to show boundary lines and the size of the lot.
Oblique Shot
POI/45-degree angle – generally 200 yards away and circling the property while taking pictures along the way.
Pole Shot
This shot is taken about 20 to 30 yards above the ground, just above the tree line or the power lines.
